Cozy Cottage Gifts will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages thru USPS. Sometimes on rare occasions this happens....I highly suggest purchasing Insurance for your items to be shipped. This allows us to cover the cost of your package if it gets lost or damaged. I have had this happen and didn`t purchase Insurance... I was very dissapointed when my shipment never showed up..and I was out the money that I had spent! It`s worth the small fee. :)
